Bedrooms
We have 20 bedrooms, all non-smoking, all with shower/w.c. en-suite facilities. All our bedrooms have large 32” flatscreen LCD tvs, a hospitality tray and a compact hairdryer.
Main House
10 of the rooms are in the main house on the 1st floor. These rooms have outlooks to St. Boniface Downs or over Gardens towards the South. We have leafy sea glimpses from some rooms.
New Wing Annexe
8 rooms are in the New Wing annexe.
4 on the ground floor ( 2 twin, 2 double ).
4 on the 1st floor ( 2 twin and 2 double ).
These rooms have similar outlooks to the main house.
The Cottage
Our accommodation in the Cottage occupies the top floor only and consists of 2 rooms ( 1 double and 1 twin/family ) both with bath/shower. Both rooms have village and courtyard outlooks.
1820
The House, originally called Orchard Leigh, was built around 1820. Victorian bays were added when fashionable and extensions have been built at various times up to 1968. It still has a charm of days gone by and the main house still retains a country house atmosphere.
